It has come to my attention that a recent submissive I had an interest in and owned briefly thinks my Worthless Cunt Archetype blog post is about her. Nothing could be further from the truth. That post was written based on my firsthand experience and observations in and out of 2nd Life. Both its scope of coverage and subject matter are beyond that of any single individual.

Having said that… It is classic that this submissive thinks my post is about her and feels the need to fill her profile with defamatory comments and views naming me while at the same time discussing her ownership out of context and only conveying one side of the story, her side.

So… Here are the facts, fair and balanced. You decide.

• I showed interest in this submissive and she returned that interest.
• She was in and out of my collar three times since this past January. Each time she was released was due to her actions and behavior not mine.
• I am who I am. I do not pretend to be something I am not. I expect a lot from any submissive that I own.
• This submissive was not truthful with me or upfront about her 1st Life. As we got to know each, it became apparent she is a deeply troubled soul and/or a complete wacko.
• She is either in a very mentally and physically abusive 1st Life relationship and marriage or is completely making up her story to gain reactions and attentions from others.
• Although she can talk the talk, this submissive does not have the capacity to obey or truly please her Owner. She is prone to topping from the bottom and has a well known 2nd Life history of doing so.
• She is driven by her own ego and desires and lets her kinks control her. So much so, she seeks out places to offer herself freely for use. More than that… Apparently a Dom friend and 2nd Life business partner of hers (And… I use the term Dom lightly here) is now pimping her out as a voice whore for $3,500 L per hour. 

As sad and troubling as all the above is, this submissive feels the need to devote a Picks tab about me, spewing all sorts of statements that have no basis in reality. This Picks tab has changed multiple time since it first came to my attention, but here was/is its focus:

• I need to learn how to Dom a “true” submissive.
• I should not waste my time on a silly blog with views not the same as many others.
• I should be more focussed on my family, kids, and my pet, Mimi.
• She has never written anything defamatory nor would defame someone unless she feels they are cruel.
• Beware of Alec Inglis and his blog.

Well, personally… I feel this submissive has some real issues to resolve. Never once did I mention her name, her 2nd Life businesses, or any of her friends. In fact, I have not discussed her at all directly or indirectly in my blog before this post. She cannot make the same claims.

I am not one, however, to let others walk all over me or have people that are clearly clueless pretend to be something they are not. It is because of people like this submissive that many real dominants and submissives get frustrated with the lifestyle and just bail. It is also because of people like this submissive that others are attracted to the lifestyle thinking it is all about sex, kink, fetishes, and use.

So, if you are out and about and happen to read an Alec Picks tab in a profile from a submissive that claims to be a born submissive in both 1st and 2nd Life, you have been warned. If you have an interest in this submissive, beyond her “free” use, approach her with caution and be guarded.

**Update (2010-05-18 8:30 pm SLT): After making a big stink about me and how I am violating the Linden Labs Community Standards—which she quotes and cites—she has now removed my name from the Picks tab…lmao. Like I am worried?? I am not the one that violated the 2nd Life Community Standards. Never have… Never will… But I do log everything, including the four versions of her Picks tab that she has floated out there (both screen shots and text).

**Update (2010-05-19 8:00 pm SLT): Bliss was found today!! Yes, that is right. All is right in the world and in heaven for this submissive. She has found him and he her. They connected instantly (as is often the case in these matters…smiles) and she once again is enjoying her 2nd Life, as well as looking forward to a wonder life with her new Dom and Master. Wow… That sounds more than just a little familiar. And…I am sure not just to me. Such is life, love, and ownership, though, in the virtual reality known as 2nd Life. Best of luck to her!! Here is to hoping a wonderful life lasts longer than a week or two this time around…lol

**Update (2010-06-10 12:00 am SLT): After trying to unsuccessfully engage me in an IM concerning giving her 2nd Life business a free plug in one of my blog posts after weeks of no communication with one another, I noticed this submissive now has a fresh Picks Tab concerning me. This time her approach is to use my profile photo (and a damn fine photo too I might add) and brand me a cyberstalker because of my blog. As laughable as that is, it just goes to show how disturbed this woman is. Disturbed, but at the same time very typical for 2nd Life and the drama that drives people in-world.

**Update (2010-06-11 6:00 pm SLT): Well today marks the end of this submissive’s wonderful life with her new Dom and Master. As predicted… It was a short life, 23 days. Very sad actually, but more than expected. This is what happens when a fantasy does not meet reality and the people involved are not what they claim to be (on either side of the D/s fence). A real shame…
